  • A case study is offered on management and personnel management. The dilemma posed for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a fictional Internet games industry firm which has used volunteers to design and construct its games as the company has grown to a point where it requires further venture capital funding and how hiring professional game developers rather than depend on volunteers would affect its marketing and investor relations is considered.
