    • The article notes research which found that online shoppers are more likely to go to a website's purchase page to buy something when the average daily temperature is 77°F and less likely to do this when the temperature is 68°F. The article notes that Hebrew University of Jerusalem researcher Yonat Zwebner and researchers Leonard Lee and Jacob Goldenberg conducted the study which also found that physical warmth generally affects willingness to pay.
