  • Resumen
    • The article presents a fictionalized case study which aims to examine the moral dilemma involved when a family-run business hires a non-relative to run the company but later feels it is necessary for a relative to resume control of the company. Executives Les Trachtman and Lilli Friedland discuss the ethical implications of firing a non-relative executive who is mismanaging the company as well as the importance of avoiding nepotism in hiring decisions. INSET: WHAT WOULD YOU DO?.
