Resumen de Cine, diversidad y redes

El proyecto de investigación del Grupo de Estudos Audiovisuais "Cine, diversidad y redes" tiene como finalidad conocer y analizar la recepción de piezas representativas del cine gallego en países latinoamericanos donde existen comunidades emigrantes con derecho a voto, concretamente Argentina, Brasil y Uruguay. Se articula en torno a una plataforma online creada específicamente para e! mismo, utilizando dos clases de universos de recepción: por un lado, miembros de comunidades de emigrantes gallegos de distintas generaciones, y por e! otro, grupos de recepción universitarios que no guardan especial contacto con la cultura gallega.
La investigación busca conocer la circulación en datos cuantitativos de la cinematografía gallega en distintos países de Latinoamérica, al tiempo que centra su atención en la recepción de productos cinematográficos de comunidades lingüísticamente diferenciadas a partir de la comprensión idiomática y e! reconocimiento de elementos culturales identitarios presentes en la serie filmes que conforman la muestra de análisis. Desarrollando esta idea e! proyecto intenta confirmar la hipótesis de partida de este trabajo: la preferencia, por parte de! público potencial de países situados en entornos multiculturales y muy especialmente de la importante comunidad emigrada, por la versión original en gallego frente al doblaje en castellano.

The research Project of the Group of Audiovisual Studies "Cine, diversidad y redes" (Cinema, diversity, and nets) aims to know and analyze the reception of representative pieces of the Galician cinema in Latin American countries where there are emigrant communities with the right to vote, particularly, Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay. It is drawn up an online platform created specifically for this project, employing two categories of universes of reception: on one hand, members of Galician emigrants' communities belonging to different generations, and, on the other, groups of reception composed by university students who do not keep any kind of special contact with the Galician culture.
The research attempts to know the movement of the Galician film making in terms of quantitative data around different Latin American Countries, as well as it focuses in the reception of cinematographic products of communities distinguished by their own languages concerning the idiomatical comprehension and the recognition of cultural elements of identity which are constant features in the group of movies which compose the analysis sample. Developing this idea the project tries to confirm the departure hypothesis of this work: the preference of the potential public from countries located in multicultural settings and, mainly, the important emigrated community for the original version in Galician in opposition to the audio in Spanish.
