• The mature traveler market mean significant business for those who have the knowledge and desire to capture this market; however, specific guidelines must be developed to address this unique group. To that end, the author conducted a national survey of members of the Travel Industry Association of America to assess the interest for a "mature traveler conference" in order to develop the market.
