Resumen de La LORRPM: el psicólogo como parte del equipo. Relevancia de las aportaciones educativas

  Considerando que esta norma establece que la responsabilidad penal de los menores ha de ser educativa, parece necesario responder al doble objetivo de esta investigación. Por un lado, se pretende analizar los cambios sucedidos en la LORRPM y cómo han afectado dichos cambios a la figura del psicólogo como parte del proceso judicial; por otro, trata de facilitar algunas de las medidas psicoeducativas más empleadas en este ámbito.

  Whereas LORRPM provides that the minors´ criminal liability is to be educational, it seems necessary to meet the twin objective of this research. On the one hand, tries to analyze the changes occurring in this Law and how these changes have affected the psychologist as part of the judicial process and, on the other hand, seeks to provide some of the most widely used psychoeducational measures in this area.
