Debido al reto que se plantea en la Declaración de Bolonia sobre la Calidad de la Educación, se considera imprescindible que un maestro de Educación Primaria sepa manejar un instrumento melódico-armónico como el piano, para improvisar y crear acompañamientos a canciones infantiles, mejorando así la calidad de la docencia en Primaria. En este trabajo se presenta un estudio piloto realizado en la Universidad de Almería sobre la importancia del piano como recurso para el maestro especialista en Educación Musical

«Pilot study about the importance of the piano in primary education, in the framework of the european higher education area (ehea)». Due to the challenge that appears us in the Declaration of Bologna about the Quality of Education, we consider very important that a teacher of music of Primary Education should play a melodic-harmonic instrument as the piano, to improvise and to create accompaniments to children songs, improving the quality of the teaching in Primary Education. In this work we present a pilot study realized in the University of Almeria, about the importance of the piano as a resource for the specialist teacher in Musical Education.
