    En el presente artículo se muestra el desarrollo para la atención a la diversidad que el sistema educativo español establece para las etapas de la educación básica, primaria y secundaria obligatoria, planteado desde el marco de la Ley Orgánica de Educación (LOE).

    En el mismo, se establecen los principios en los que se inspira el sistema educativo, entre ellos: la equidad, que garantice la igualdad de oportunidades, la inclusión educativa y la no discriminación.

    Así mismo, se desarrollan los distintos aspectos relacionados con la atención al alumnado con necesidad específica de apoyo educativo y se establecen algunas de las posibles medidas de refuerzo para atender a la diversidad de estos alumnos.

    This article shows the development for the attention to the diversity of the Spanish education system for the stages of basic education, primary and lower secondary, raised from the framework of the Education Law.

    In it, laying down the principles which inspired the educational system, including: equity, ensuring equal opportunities, including educational and non-discrimination. Also, shows the various aspects of care to students with specific educational support needs and establish some of the possible reinforcement measures to address the diversity of these students.
