    Since 2000, the author of this essay develops researches that integrate the areas of Education, Technology and Digital Environments and Neuroscience. The main focus of such investigations is the learning of the adult within online environments. The studies hereby shared indicate that the adult learns by means of experiences which are developed from dynamic cycles, integrated growing spiral throughout his life. The plasticity concept, resulting from the neuroscience, is understood as a fundamental condition of human structure and has been expanded to understand the emerging processes of social relationships, by movements of adequacy and transformation of cognitive-emotional actions that are essential to human learning. Starting from these premises, this text presents the studies carried out by the researcher/author, which focus on the learning of adult educator in two ways: 1) the binomial emotion / reason and its inferences in the learning process and; 2) the contributions of Neuroscience and the concepts of plasticity and integration aimed at the learning of the adult in virtual environments of learning (AVA).

    Desde 2000, a autora deste ensaio desenvolve pesquisas que integram as áreas da Educação, Tecnologias e Ambientes Digitais e Neurociência. O foco principal de tais investigações é a aprendizagem do adulto em ambientes online. Os estudos aqui compartilhados indicam que o adulto aprende por meio de experiências que são desenvolvidas em ciclos dinâmicos, em espiral crescente integrada, ao longo de sua vida. O conceito de plasticidade, advindo da neurociência, é entendido como condição fundamental do organismo humano e foi ampliado para compreender os processos emergentes das relações sociais, em movimentos de adequação e transformação das ações cognitivo-emocionais, essenciais para a aprendizagem humana. A partir dessas premissas, o texto apresenta os estudos realizados pela pesquisadora / autora, que focalizam a aprendizagem do adulto educador sob dois aspectos: 1) o binômio emoção / razão e suas implicações no processo de aprendizagem e; 2) as contribuições da Neurociência e os conceitos de plasticidade e integração voltados para a aprendizagem do adulto em ambientes virtuais de aprendizagem (AVA).
