    Treinta años después de aprobada la norma fundamental del Estado, el objeto de este trabajo es el de recordar las discusiones en sede parlamentaria con respecto a uno de los temas más controvertidos: la educación.

    A lo largo de las discusiones parlamentarias se pueden observar las tensiones dialécticas entre los representantes de las distintas fuerzas políticas en materia educativa. Finalmente, el texto presenta un delicado equilibrio entre el reconocimiento al derecho a la educación y la libertad de enseñanza.

    Alter thirty years of being passed the spanish Constitution in 1978, the aim of this papen try to remind the on-going debates celebrated at the House of Representatives about one of the most controversy issues: the education.

    Through the parliamentary debates we can take into account the political fighting between the differents parties on how education should be set up in Spanish democracy. Finally, the Constitution shows a balance between the recognition of right of education and the freedom of education as well.
