    Este artículo presenta el análisis de la situación de las mujeres frente al empleo desde una perspectiva de perfiles de posibilidad de empleo femenino ofrecido y demandado por el sector empresarial. En este estudio, se afronta, por una parte, el abismo existente entre la situación del colectivo femenino y su relación con el mundo laboral y, por otra parte, se conocen los ambientes ocupacionales a los que desean dirigirse y las necesidades de orientación que presentan las mujeres. Los resultados que en este trabajo exponemos adquieren una gran importancia como punto de partida para una orientación laboral, ya que establecemos un análisis comparativo basado en las diferencias y similitudes que existen entre el perfil ofertado y demandado.

    This article presents the analysis of the female situation facing the world of work from a perspective of potential employable female profiles both offered and searched for within the business sector. On the one hand, this study faces up to the existing gulf between the position of the female contingent and their relation to the world of work and, on the other hand, the employment sectors they aspire to and the guidelines women require are examined.The findings derived from this work acquire great importance as a starting point for career advising, given that a comparative analysis is established based on the differences and similarities existing between both the offered and requested profiles
