¿Se pueden determinar las funciones del supervisor universitario?

    Este trabajo de investigación estudia si los profesores supervisores universitarios estimulan la reflexión en los estudiantes de Magisterio. Para ello han participado 250 sujetos entre supervisores, alumnos y tutores. Hemos diseñado un cuestionario sobre acciones reflexivas, extraídas de la revisión de la literatura y se le ha preguntado al supervisor si ha estimulado tales acciones, al alumno si le han estimulado en tales acciones y al tutor si ha percibido tales estimulaciones y si existe alguna relación con la especialidad y experiencia. Los resultados informan de que existen diferencias significativas entre supervisores y alumnos sobre las acciones reflexivas, obteniendo una potencia estadística bastante buena. Los alumnos no están estimulados, los supervisores dicen que sí estimulan, aunque reconocen que determinadas acciones no las propician. No se han encontrado asociaciones entre el supervisor, la especialidad y acciones reflexivas, pero sí en relación a la experiencia. El tutor no muestra asociaciones significativas en relación a la experiencia, aunque sí sobre la especialidad.

    This research studys if supervisors encourage the reflection of students of Primary Teacher. The sample was compoused for students of Practicum, university supervisor teachers and tutors (school teachers). A questionary about reflexive actions was administred. The questionary asks to supervisor if he had encouraged such actions, to student if he had been encouraged in this actions and tutor if he had seen this encouragements and if it is some relation with the speciality and the experience. The results shown important differences about reflective actions between supervisors and students of Practicum. The supervisors didn´t encourage some reflective actions, although they thinks the opposite and the student admited not to have been encouraged. There were influence of the experience but no of the speciality on the relation of the supervisor,tutor and reflexive actions.
