Resumen de El problema de la selección de profesores universitarios en los departamentos responsables de la formación inicial del profesorado: el caso de las didácticas especiales

  En este trabajo se trata de reflexionar sobre la falta de criterios existentes a la hora de la selección del profesorado universitario de los Departamentos responsables de la formación inicial. En los Departamentos de las Didácticas constituye un importante problema, ya que se carece de referente facultativo directo. En esta situación, los profesores que se incorporan a estos Departamentos no han tenido que tener relación alguna con la educación durante su licenciatura. Proponemos el nivel de licenciatura para todo el profesorado, ya que haría posible que en los departamentos se fueran formando los futuros profesores de los mismos. A este respecto se hace necesario el apoyo administrativo, a través de becas y de todo tipo de ayudas a la investigación

  It's tried, in this research, to reflect on the lack of criterias existents at the time of the university professorship selection at the responsible departments of the initial formation. The selection of the professorship at the departments of special didactics, which have been created by the University Reform Law (URL), constitute an important problem as there isn't a direct facultative relation. In this situation, the professors who embody in these departments haven't had to have any relation with education during their degree. We propose the degree level for all the professorship because it would make possible that future professors were being formed. With regard to this, it's necessary the administrative backing, with grants and every kind of helps to the research
