El presente artículo de revisión documental, aborda el tema del contexto social e ideológico de la educación multicultural de los países de inmigración, todo esto basado en autores.
En el primer hilo conductor de los cuatros establecidos, se aborda el tema de la inmigración y la interculturalidad, allí se hace hincapié en conocer la multiculturalidad del contexto, además se vislumbran las barreras que se presentan en una verdadera educación intercultural en los países inmigrantes.
En un segundo hilo conductor se hace énfasis sobre la internacionalización de la educación y el propósito de la educación intercultural bilingüe En el tercer hilo conductor, se mencionan algunos conflictos que se generan en la educación multicultural, resaltando el concepto de conflicto, visto desde autores.
En el cuarto hilo conductor, se analizan consideraciones sociales, psicológicas y culturales que tienen y viven los inmigrantes; al mismo tiempo se analiza el tema de adaptación y aculturación de los inmigrantes.
Por último, se presentan las consideraciones finales, así como las reflexiones entre las cuales se mencionan: el rol del docente en la construcción de escuelas interculturales, desde su práctica pedagógica, y la necesidad de ver a los inmigrantes como ciudadanos activos de grupos políticos, sociales y culturales.

This documentary review article addresses the issue of the social and ideological context of multicultural education in countries of immigration, all based on authors.
In the first thread of the four established, the issue of immigration and interculturality is addressed, there emphasis is placed on knowing the multiculturalism of the context, in addition, the barriers that arise in a true intercultural education in immigrant countries are glimpsed.
In a second thread, emphasis is placed on the internationalization of education and the purpose of bilingual intercultural education.
In the third common thread, some conflicts that are generated in multicultural education are mentioned, highlighting the concept of conflict, seen from the authors.
In the fourth common thread, social, psychological and cultural considerations that immigrants have and experience are analyzed; At the same time, the issue of adaptation and acculturation of immigrants is analyzed.
Finally, the final considerations are presented, as well as the reflections among which are mentioned: the role of the teacher in the construction of intercultural schools, from his pedagogical practice, and the need to see immigrants as active citizens of political groups, social and cultural.
