Discursividades da reforma da Previdência na rede virtual: uma trama de sujeitos e de sentidos

    This work aims to comprehend the discourse operation about Welfare Reform (RP) in digital media, considering networks of interdiscourse and forms of meaning in cyberspace. For theoretical-methodological foundation we use the Discourse Analysis (AD) in the perspective of Pêcheux and the discussions established by his followers. Specifically, in this article we work on the theoretical notions of subject, interdiscourse, discursive memory and silencing, which will be our analytical categories. The corpus consists of partial news clippings published in May 2019, one of them is on the federal government's official website and three are published on the web newspapers O Globo, Estadão and GGN. The analysis gestures occur in the alternation between description/interpretation (PÊCHEUX, 2015), in order to seek the discursivities inscribed in the materialities. The results show a movement of meanings and subject positions, given the circulations and confrontations that are established in the network about RP, as this reform is discursivized by the state FD and the mainstream media with effects of benefits to workers. However, the discourse of resistance also works in digital media, since in the sayings of the supposed benefits are inscribed the non-sayings of defense of the business class interests and losses imposed on the working class.

    Este trabalho objetiva compreender o funcionamento discursivo da Reforma da Previdência (RP) em mídias digitais, considerando as redes interdiscursivas e as formas de significação no ciberespaço. Como embasamento teórico-metodológico, tomamos a Análise do Discurso (AD) concebida por Pêcheux e as discussões estabelecidas por seus seguidores. Especificamente, neste artigo mobilizamos as noções teóricas de sujeito, interdiscurso, memória discursiva e silenciamento, que serão nossas categorias analíticas. O corpus constitui-se de recortes parciais de notícias publicadas em maio de 2019, sendo uma do site oficial do governo federal e três publicadas nos webjornais O Globo, Estadão e GGN. Os gestos de análises se dão no batimento descrição/interpretação (PÊCHEUX, 2015), no intuito de buscar as discursividades inscritas nas materialidades. Os resultados mostram uma movimentação de sentidos e posições-sujeito, dadas as circulações-confronto que se instauram na rede acerca da RP, pois esta é discursivizada pela FD estatal e pela grande mídia com efeitos de benefícios aos trabalhadores. Entretanto, também funciona nas mídias digitais o discurso de resistência, já que nos ditos dos supostos benefícios, se inscrevem os não ditos de defesa dos interesses da classe empresarial e de perdas impostas à classe trabalhadora.
