  • Resumen
    • The aim of this study is to examine the impacts of demographic factors of gender, age, marital status, education level, and field of training on the entrepreneurial mindsets of students in the Ethiopian TVET institutions. It employed a cross-sectional survey design, multi-stage and systematic sampling techniques. A sample size of 317 students participated in the study. The findings indicate that age, marital status, and fields of training have no significant impacts on the entrepreneurial mindsets of students; however, gender and educational levels demonstrate significant impacts. The study advances the understanding of entrepreneurial mindsets of students in the Ethiopian TVET institutions. Subsequent investigations must be performed by including a greater number of Ethiopian institutions and locations. Longitudinal research is recommended to examine the extent of impacts of demographic characteristics on the Ethiopian students’ entrepreneurial mindsets over time.
