Resumen de Generación de un portal bilingüe castellano/ valenciano sobre aprendizaje cooperativo asistido por ordenador

  ACAO (aprendizaje cooperativo asistido por ordenador) es un grupo de investigacion integrado por profesores de la Universidad Politecnica de Valencia surgido como consecuencia de inquietudes comunes. Podemos definir aprendizaje cooperativo (colaborativo para otros) asistido por ordenador (ACAO) como aquel que utiliza esta herramienta como instrumento de presentacion de los materiales de aprendizaje y aprovecha las telecomunicaciones para interaccionar entre los miembros de equipos (docentes, investigadores, profesor¿-alumnos, etc.). Diversos entornos electronicos propios de las universidades o entornos independientes como Blackboard, Moodle, Bloki o WebCT se han convertido en herramientas relativamente comunes en el ambito academico. Nuestro interes es ahora: .Como se esta haciendo uso de estas herramientas? .Quien y para que? .Ha habido un analisis metodologico previo de este uso? .Hay una evaluacion seria de todo el proceso y de los objetivos conseguidos? Nuestro objetivo global es el que da nombre a la propuesta de investigacion, pues al final del proceso investigador y como herramienta para la difusion de los resultados, pretendemos generar un modelo multimedia para el profesorado a partir de analisis realizados durante la investigacion que sirva como difusion de la investigacion y formacion o autoformacion de otros profesores e investigadores. De entre las posibles maneras de concretar este aspecto, decidimos generar el portal libre de ACAO que presentamos como lugar para la difusion de los resultados de las investigaciones y las reflexiones llevadas a cabo en el ambito de estudio e implementacion del aprendizaje cooperativo asistido por ordenador, accesible en http://www. proyectoacao.org

  ACAO (in Spanish, Computer Supported Collaborative learning) is a research group at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Computer Supported Collaborative learning can be defined as the one that uses computers as a tool to present learning materials and takes benefit from telecommunications for the interaction among members of a team (teachers, researchers, teacher-students,...) Different electronic idependent environements such as Blackboard, Moodle, Bloki or WebCT have become really usual tools in the academic field. But our interest is now focused on: How are these tools being used? By who? Why? Has a previous methodological analysis been done? Is there a serious evaluation of all the process and the achieved objectives? Our final objective is exactly as the name of our investigation, because it is our thougt that at the end of the research process a multimedia model must be created to become a tool for results difussion, that can be useful for teachers. This model will be based on our analysis and intends to collaborate on training or self-training other teachers and researchers. There are different ways to create this model, and we decided to create the ACAO free portal that we present now as a place for investigations results dissemination and implementation of computer supported collaborative learning, avalaible at http://www.proyectoacao.org
