    En el trabajo analiza la conmemoración insurgente de Ignacio Allende en 1812 desde un enfoque multidisciplinario que articula teoría política, derecho público, sociología religiosa e historiografía simbólica. La figura de Allende se construye como héroe semidivino para cohesionar al pueblo novohispano y legitimar lacausa independentista. La oda insurgente funda una mitología nacional que propone reformar el orden político. El análisis sugiere nuevas líneas de investigación sobre el uso simbólico del poder, la religiosidad política y la construcción de héroes en contextos de crisis institucional.

    This paper analyzes the insurgent commemoration of Ignacio Allende in 1812 through a multidisciplinary approach that brings together political theory, public law, religious sociology, and symbolic historiography. Allende’s figure is constructed as a semi-divine hero to unify the people of New Spain and legitimize the independence cause. The insurgent ode founds a national mythology that seeks to reform the political order. The analysis suggests new lines of research on the symbolic use of power, political religiosity, and the construction of heroes in times of institutional crisis
