    La célebre novela Anna Karenina de Lev Tolstoi ha dado lugar a numerosas lecturas críticas, en virtud de la multiplicidad de temáticas que despliega en sus páginas. El presente trabajo proyecta la búsqueda espiritual como summum de las problemáticas tratadas, y concibe dicha búsqueda como isotopía angular del relato. Desde esta perspectiva, se propone un estudio de la figura de Konstantin Lyovin en clave filosófica, textual y existencial, con el objetivo de reconstruir su itinerario interior a través de tres momentos fundamentales: frente al misterio de la vida, de la muerte y del amor. Esta progresión es analizada a partir de criterios narrativos y compositivos, con especial atención a las simetrías internas y a la configuración hermenéutica de escenas específicas. Al mismo tiempo, se inscribe al personaje en el marco del pensamiento tolstoiano tardío, considerando su articulación con las constantes de la cultura rusa y con ciertos elementos del sistema esotérico del autor. Este estudio procura una comprensión más profunda del proceso formativo de Lyovin, buscando respuestas a la insatisfacción que moviliza la trama. Así entendido, el personaje se revela no como mero contrapunto de Anna, sino como centro orgánico del sistema narrativo de Tolstoi.

    The renowned novel Anna Karenina by Lev Tolstoy has given rise to numerous critical interpretations, owing to the multiplicity of themes it unfolds throughout its pages. The present study posits the spiritual quest as the summum of the issues addressed in the novel and conceives this quest as the angular isotopy of the narrative. From this perspective, it offers an analysis of the figure of Konstantin Lyovin through a philosophical, textual, and existential lens, with the aim of reconstructing his inner trajectory across three fundamental stages: in relation to the mystery of life, of death, and of love. This progression is examined through narrative and compositional criteria, with particular attention to internal symmetries and the hermeneutic configuration of key scenes. At the same time, the character is situated within the framework of Tolstoy’s late thought, considering his articulation with recurring motifs in Russian culture and with certain elements of the author’s esoteric system. This study seeks a deeper understanding of Lyovin’s formative process, in search of responses to the existential dissatisfaction that propels the plot. In this key, the article proposes a vital reading of the character — not as a mere counterpoint to Anna, but as the organic center of Tolstoy’s narrative architecture.
