This study explores the impact of active learning strategies on the attitudes and teaching practices of preservice teachers at Farhangian University during their high school internship. Through targeted instruction in physics-specific pedagogy, the research examines shifts in participants’ attitudes and instructional approaches. Data collection included structured precourse and postcourse surveys, along with qualitative analyses of classroom observations and participant feedback. Thematic analysis of the qualitative data deepened the interpretation of quantitative findings, offering richer insight into how active learning influences participants’ perspectives and teaching methods. The results highlight the essential role of innovative strategies in cultivating positive attitudes and supporting the professional growth of future educators.
