  • Resumen
    • This chapter aims to present the Inbound Talent model, an innovative and disruptive approach to Talent Management. The proposed methodology is conformed by four fundamental phases of personalized talent management including the processes of attracting, converting, developing & retaining, and engaging the human talent. Among the most relevant findings, it is noteworthy that personalising the employee experience, from the first contact to their professional development, significantly improves talent attraction and retention. Among the practical implications are the need to design employee-centred strategies, implement structured induction programs, continuous training plans and well-being policies.
