    The institution of work can be observed throught the History of humanity in a evergreen way and having a fundamental importance. Through the years and centuries the labor changes both in nature and in form, culminating in what can be seen in the modern global comunity. Among the many aspects, something congruent between them can be seen, the resumption of the so called Yuppie Culture, mainly in the West, majorly in the United States and Brazil. Said that, the presente research aims for the comprehension of that phenomenom, united with the contemporary tools, that can be dangerous and prejudicial to the millennia of achievements in the sphere of labor and human rights, as well as creating na unreacheble ideal for the working class, based in ample bibliographical sources for that, as well as exemplifying with real life cases in the national brazilian scope.

    O instituto do trabalho observa-se presente na História da humanidade de forma perene e possuindo fundamental importância. Ao longo dos anos e séculos o labor se altera, tanto em natureza como em forma, culminando no que hoje se observa na comunidade moderna global. Dentre os diversos aspectos, algo congruente entre eles se vislumbra, a retomada da chamada Cultura Yuppie, principalmente no Ocidente, majoritariamente nos Estados Unidos e Brasil. Desta forma, a presente pesquisa visa a compreensão de como tal fenômeno, unido com as ferramentas contemporâneas, pode ser perigoso e prejudicial aos milênios de conquistas no âmbito de direitos trabalhistas e humanos, bem como criando-se um ideal inalcançável para o trabalhador, baseando-se em amplas fontes bibliográficas para tal, bem como exemplificando com casos no âmbito nacional brasileiro.
