    Descentralización: Junta de Centro, clave en la gestión financiera del centro educativo público dominicano, es un estudio exploratorio inscrito en el marco de la investigación Factores de incidencia en la gestión financiera de centros educativos públicos de educación primaria de la regional 15 del Ministerio de Educación de la República Dominicana, en el cual el problema de investigación planteado es que aun cuando la cantidad de recursos financieros asignados al sistema educativo se ha incrementado en los último años, el logro de aprendizaje significativo de los estudiantes no alcanza los niveles esperados, situación que presenta un desafío para la gestión. El objetivo general (OG) es Identificar los factores claves que inciden en la gestión financiera de los centros de Educación Primaria de los Distritos Educativos de la Regional 15, Santo Domingo del Ministerio de Educación de la República Dominicana. En enfoque utilizado es cualitativo del tipo analítico descriptivo. El levantamiento de datos fue realizado en los seis distritos educativos del Regional 15 y el análisis del marco normativo que regula la descentralización de la gestión financiera. Las escuelas de la Regional 15 cuentan con juntas descentralizadas conformadas, un porcentaje significativo se encontraban en enmienda, reestructuración y vencidas, estas condiciones las limitan ejercer una incidencia eficiente en la gestión financiera. El aporte de esta investigación se enmarca en una propuesta de acciones de mejora que contribuya a la optimización de la gestión financiera en centros educativos.

    Decentralization: Center Board, key in the financial management of the Dominican public educational center, is an exploratory study registered within the framework of the research Incidence factors in the financial management of public primary education centers of regional 15 of the Ministry of Education of the Dominican Republic, in which the research problem posed is that even though the amount of financial resources assigned to the educational system has increased in recent years, the achievement of significant learning by students does not reach the expected levels, a situation that presents a challenge for management. The general objective (GO) is to Identify the key factors that affect the financial management of the Primary Education centers of the Educational Districts of Regional 15, Santo Domingo of the Ministry of Education of the Dominican Republic. The approach used is qualitative, descriptive analytical type. The data collection was carried out in the six educational districts of Regional 15 and the analysis of the regulatory framework that regulates the decentralization of financial management. The schools of Regional 15 have decentralized boards formed, a significant percentage of these were in the process of amendment, restructuring and expired, these conditions limit them from having an efficient impact on financial management. The contribution of this research is framed in a proposal for improvement actions that contribute to the optimization of financial management in educational centers.
