Resumen de Análisis de la influencia de la normativa europea en inteligencia artificial en el estigma virtual y la discriminación social

  En el presente artículo se analiza la influencia de las regulaciones de la Unión Europea en materia de inteligencia artificial como medio para eliminar la discriminación social y el estigma virtual. Para ello se profundiza en el concepto de estigma virtual y se hace un recorrido por las diferentes normativas europeas sobre estas cuestiones. A partir de ahí se estudia, a través de una revisión sistemática, las posibles fallas que estas regulaciones aún mantienen en materia de discriminación social y estructural. Así se identifican las limitaciones de alcance, los riesgos aún existentes y la necesidad de profundizar en cómo abordar el estigma digital en el ámbito virtual.

  This article analyzes the influence of European Union regulations on artificial intelligence as a means to eliminate social discrimination and virtual stigma. To this end, it delves into the concept of virtual stigma and reviews the different European regulations on these issues. From there, it examines, through a systematic review, the possible shortcomings that these regulations still maintain in terms of social and structural discrimination. It identifies the limitations of scope, the risks that still exist, and the need to further explore how to address digital stigma in the virtual sphere.
