La Directiva de transparencia retributiva y su alcance real: entre la norma y la práctica:¿Mucho ruido y pocas nueces?

    En el presente artículo científico se abordará el nuevo paso que la Unión Europea llevó a cabo con la aprobación de la Directiva (UE) 2023/970 sobre transparencia retributiva. En el año 2025 se sigue reclamando y poniendo medidas a lo que debería ser de sentido común: que no hubiera brecha salarial en perjuicio de las mujeres trabajadoras. ¿Cómo se percibiría desde la sociedad si fuese al revés, que la brecha salarial estuviese en perjuicio de los hombres? A mi juicio se alzarían voces y habría innumerables recursos judiciales. En consecuencia ¿se ha normalizado, es suficiente la normativa jurídica en vigor?

    In the present scientific article will address the new step that the European Union has taken with the approval of the Directive on pay transparency. In the year 2025, we continue to demand and put measures in place for what should be common sense: that there be no wage gap to the detriment of working women. How would society perceive it if it were the other way around, that the wage gap was to the detriment of men? In my opinion, voices would be raised and there would be countless judicial appeals. Consequently, has the legal regulation in force been standardized, is it sufficient?
