    Despite the importance of perceived value in tourism, to the best of our knowledge, no bibliometric or review articles have sought to understand the theoretical and thematic foundations of perceived value and the current trends of the concept at its frontiers. In this regard, aiming to bridge this gap, we conducted a bibliometric study employing co-citation and bibliographic coupling analyses. The objective, therefore, was to analyse the conceptual foundations that underpin research on perceived value and the frontiers of current knowledge on the subject. This study contributes to the advancement of literatureby systematically consolidating the main research domains related to perceived value in tourism. Furthermore, our research stands out by employing the SPAR-4-SLR methodological protocol, which is widely referenced in bibliometric and review studies, ensuring scientific rigor and reliability of the results. Data collection was carried out using the Web of Science database, restricted to scientific articles published up to 2022. Thefinal sample consisted of 257 articles. We present descriptive results and graphical mappings, including analyses of publication trends, key authors, and leading journals. The research conductedidentified six clusters of theoretical foundations (co-citation) and five clusters of theoretical frontiers (bibliographic coupling). The scientific relevance of this study lies in the organization, synthesis, and analysis of the body of knowledge on perceived value in tourism, providing insights for future research and directly contributing to the improvement of strategies in the sector

    Apesar da importância do valor percebido para o turismo, até o nosso melhor conhecimento, não há artigos bibliométricos ou revisionais que buscaram compreender as raízes teóricas-temáticas do valor percebido e as trilhas atuais do constructo em relação às suas fronteiras. Neste sentido, visando atuar neste gap, realizamos um estudo bibliométrico com análises de cocitação e de acoplamento bibliográfico. O objetivo, portanto, foi analisar as bases conceituais que sustentam as pesquisas em valor percebido e as fronteiras do conhecimento atual sobre o tema. Seguimos como protocolo metodológico o SPAR-4-SLR, referência em estudos revisionais e bibliométricos. A coleta de dados foi realizada na Web of Science restringindo a artigos científicos publicados até 2022. Nossa amostra final foi de 257 artigos. Apresentamos resultados descritivos e mapeamentos gráficos. Nossos resultados descritivos incluíram evolução de trabalhos por ano, publicações por autor e publicações por periódico. Nossos mapeamentos gráficos foram divididos em mapa de análise de cocitação e mapa de acoplamento bibliográfico. Entre nossos principais resultados, identificamos 6 clusters de bases-teóricas (cocitação) e 5 clusters de fronteiras-teóricas (acoplamento bibliográfico). A contribuição do artigo reside na organização, síntese e análise do estoque de conhecimento de valor percebido no turismo.
