    El artículo aborda la migración interna juvenil y de la educación superior. El objetivo es describir y analizar las narrativas y voces de jóvenes rurales del Programa Académico Desconcentrado de formación técnica, perteneciente a la Universidad Mayor de San Andrés. Se recurrió al enfoque cualitativo y a la socionarrativa como método; la recolección de información se realizó mediante entrevistas grupales y autoentrevistas, con el fin de comprender las narrativas sobre la migración juvenil y su relación con la educación superior. El análisis de los hallazgos permite mencionar algunas discusiones; una de ellas está referida a los factores de migración juvenil que establecen la necesidad de salir de sus comunidades, por la motivación de superarse y por expectativas de vida para buscar oportunidades de empleo. En el caso de la migración y educación, estas se presentan por la búsqueda de oportunidades universitarias que les permitan su continuidad educativa para mejorar sus condiciones de vida individual y familiar.

    The article deals with internal youth migration and higher education. The objective is to describe and analyze the narratives and voices of rural youth from the decentralized academic program of technical training belonging to the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés. The qualitative approach and the socio-narrative were used as methods; Information collection was carried out through group interviews and self-interviews in order to understand the narratives about youth migration and its relationship with higher education. The analysis of the findings allows us to mention some discussions, one of them is referred to the factors of youth migration that establish the need to leave their communities for the motivation to improve themselves and for life expectancies to seek employment opportunities. In the case of migration and education, they are due to the search for university opportunities that allow them their educational continuity to improve their individual and family life conditions.
