    O presente artigo faz uma análise da função social das empresas estabelecida na Constituição Federal brasileira para, a partir daí, estabelecer as verdadeiras dimensões da integridade corporativa como valor tutelado pela Lei nº 12.846/2013. A partir das relações estabelecidas entre a integridade corporativa e os direitos e garantias constitucionais fundamentais, traz aplicações práticas da Lei nº 12.846/2013, em relação à defesa da democracia, ao combate ao trabalho forçado e ao trabalho infantil, à defesa do meio ambiente e da sustentabilidade e ao combate ao “greenwashing”.

    This article draws an analysis of the companies’ social function established in the Brazilian Federal Constitution to, from there, establish the true dimensions of the business integrity as a value protected by Law nº 12,846/2013. Based on the relations established between business integrity and fundamental rights and constitutional guarantees, it brings practical applications of Law nº 12,846/2013 to the defense of democracy, the fight against forced labor and child labor, the defense of the environment and sustainability and the fight against “greenwashing”.
