    Con este proyecto hemos pretendido integrar la perspectiva de género en una de las asignaturas jurídicas del Grado de Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos (RRLL y RRHH) de la Universidad de Córdoba (UCO), proponiendo un proyecto de innovación docente que no solova dirigido al alumnado que cursa la asignatura favoreciendo así su estudio y profundización en la materiayampliando el espectro aplicativo de la protección social que procura nuestro sistema de Seguridad Social,sino que también permite al profesor que imparte la asignatura desarrollar técnicas dinamizadoras de las clases magistrales facilitando así el estudio y la asimilación de conceptos en materia tan arduas como es el conocimiento y comprensión del sistema de Seguridad Social y su funcionamiento. El presente proyecto pretende la iniciación al tratamiento transversal del género en la docencia del Derecho del Trabajo. Muestra así su adhesión a los objetivos ODS relativos a la igualdad de género y a la consecución de una sociedad más justa, favoreciendo la formación tanto delalumnado como delprofesorado en esta perspectiva, coadyuvando así a la seguridad, autonomía y desarrollo vocacional del trabajo del profesoradoy del alumnado

    With this project we have attempted to integrate the gender perspective into one of the legal subjects of the Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources (RRLL and HR) at the University of Córdoba (UCO), proposing a teaching innovation project that is not only aimed at students who take the subject, thus favoring their study and further study of the subject and expanding the application spectrum of social protection provided by our Social Security system, but also allowing the teacher who teaches the subject to develop techniques facilitating the master classes, thus facilitating the study and assimilation of concepts in mattersas arduous as knowledge and understanding of the Social Security system and its operation. This project aims to introduce the transversal treatment of gender in the teaching of Labor Law. It thus shows its adherence to the SDG objectives related to genderequality and the achievement of a more just society, favoring the training of both students and teachers in this perspective, thus contributing to the security, autonomy and vocational development of the work of teachers. and the students
