Claremont Colleges physics professor Scot A. C. Gould has created a YouTube channel of over 80 videos dedicated to teaching introductory physics using Maple. I think of Maple as a not-as-well-known but competitively priced version of MATLAB or Mathematica (they occupy similar space, with variations). Gould’s videos are numerous and engaging, and he has presented at the AAPT National conferences on his pedagogical approach, as well as how to make and maintain a YouTube channel
