    La presente investigación tuvo como propósito determinar la relación de la estrategia ‘“Aprendo en Casa”’ y el “Desempeño Docente” en la I.E. Fe y Alegría Nº 14 de Nuevo Chimbote, 2022. El tipo de investigación correspondió al enfoque positivista cuantitativo empleando un diseño descriptivo-correlacional. La técnica aplicada fue la encuesta y como instrumento se aplicaron dos cuestionarios de preguntas basadas en la Escala de Likert. La muestra estuvo constituida por 25 docentes, quienes fueron elegidos bajo el criterio del investigador. Como resultado, destacó un nivel de correlación de 0,759 entre la estrategia “Aprendo en Casa” y el “Desempeño Docente” de la institución educativa, lo cual indicó un nivel fuerte, mientras que el p valor fue menor a 0,05. Por tanto, se concluyó que sí existe relación entre la estrategia ‘“Aprendo en Casa”’ y el ““Desempeño Docente”” de la institución educativa Fe y Alegría Nº 14 de Nuevo Chimbote.

    The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between the ‘I learn at home’ strategy and teacher performance at Fe y Alegría School Nº 14 in Nuevo Chimbote, 2022. The type of research corresponded to the quantitative positivist approach using a descriptive-correlational design. The technique used was the survey and two questionnaires with questions based on the Likert scale were applied as instruments. The sample consisted of 25 teachers, who were chosen according to the researcher's criteria. As a result, a correlation level of 0.759 between the I learn at home strategy and the teaching performance of the educational institution stood out, which indicated a strong level, while the p-value was less than 0.05. Therefore, it was concluded that there is a relationship between the ‘I learn at home’ strategy and the teaching performance of the educational institution Fe y Alegría Nº 14 of Nuevo Chimbote
