Poderia Jesus ser gay? Uma análise discursiva da ação judicial contra A primeira tentação de Cristo

    This essay is part of the discussions about the construction of sexuality, specifically homosexuality, in the Christian discourse. Its objective is not only to analyze but also to relate the functioning of the discursive and ideological formations that construct meanings for the sexuality of Jesus. The corpus of analysis consists of the legal action filed by the Associação Centro Dom Bosco de Fé e Cultura, requesting the suspension of the Christmas special "The First Temptation of Christ" (2019) produced by the Porta dos Fundos group. The central theoretical and methodological basis for the discussions is the french discourse analysis, linked to the philosopher Michel Pêcheux (1969), in addition to contributions from Orlandi (2012). However, authors such as Foucault (1999) and Althusser (1985) help to theorize about the constitution of sexuality and the ideological functioning by the church, respectively. From the analysis, it was noticed that Jesus is discursively constructed, in the corpus, through the relationship between the Religious Ideological Formation and the Law, in a regime of alliance between the Christian, Legal, and Homophobic Discursive Formations, exposing the heterogeneous nature of the discursive process and the cleavage of the Subject.

    O presente trabalho insere-se nas discussões sobre a construção da sexualidade, especificamente a homossexualidade, no discurso cristão. Objetiva-se nele não somente analisar, como também relacionar, o funcionamento das formações discursivas e ideológicas que constroem sentidos para a sexualidade de Jesus. O corpus de análise é constituído da ação judicial movida pela Associação Centro Dom Bosco de Fé e Cultura, pedindo a suspensão do especial de Natal A primeira tentação de Cristo (2019) realizado pelo grupo Porta dos Fundos. A base teórica-metodológica central para as discussões é a análise do discurso de linha francesa, vinculada ao filósofo Michel Pêcheux (1969), além das contribuições de Orlandi (2012), entretanto autores como Foucault (1999) e Althusser (1985) ajudam a teorizar sobre a constituição da sexualidade e o funcionamento ideológico da Igreja, respectivamente. A partir da análise percebeu-se que Jesus é discursivizado, no corpus, por meio da relação entre a Formação Ideológica Religiosa e do Direito, em um regime de aliança entre as Formações Discursivas Cristã, Jurídica e Homofóbica, desnudando o caráter heterogêneo do processo discursivo e a clivagem do Sujeito.
