Resumen de El rol de la comunidad en la investigación educativa: la experiencia del proyecto HEBE3

  El proyecto HEBE3 está centrado en analizar el empoderamiento de los jóvenes en la comunidad a partir del estudio de casos de tres territorios en Catalunya: el distrito de Ciutat Vella de Barcelona, un distrito (Esquerra del Ter) de la ciudad de Girona y el municipio de Celrà. La investigación en sí misma pretende ser generadora de conocimiento para los jóvenes que participan, pero también para la comunidad. Con este objetivo, y a lo largo de todo el proceso, el equipo investigador ha trabajado conjuntamente con grupos motores en cada comunidad. Estos grupos motoreshan acompañado y guiado la aplicación de diversas estrategias metodológicas (derivas observacionales, mapa de activos comunitarios, entrevistas, grupos de discusión y relatos de vida) que han permitido estudiar la comunidad en profundidad. Finalmente, y a través del trabajo conjunto con los grupos motores, se codiseñaron y celebraron hackathones socioeducativas en cada territorio, dando respuesta al conocimiento y diagnóstico generado en la fase anterior. Las hackathones supusieron y permitieron a la propia comunidad contribuir a la construcción deconocimiento científico y a la transformación del entorno a través de la ideación de proyectos que promuevan el empoderamiento juvenil y comunitario.

  The HEBE3 project is focused on analyzing the empowerment of young people in the community. It is based on the case studies of three territories in Catalonia: the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, a district (Esquerra del Ter) of the city of Girona and the municipality of Celrà. The research itself aims to generate knowledge for the young people who participate, but also for the community. With this objective in mind, and throughout the whole process, the research team has worked together with motor groups in each community. These motor groups have accompaniedand guided the application of various methodological strategies (observational drifts, community asset mapping,interviews, focus groups and life stories) that have allowed the community to be studied in depth. Finally, and through joint work with the motor groups, socio-educational hackathons were co-designed and held in eachterritory, responding to the knowledge and diagnosis generated in the previous phase. The hackathons involved and allowed the community itself to contribute to the construction of scientific knowledge and the transformationof the environment through the ideation of projects that promote youth and community empowerment.
