The article aims to offer an overview of the development of the History Didactics discipline within the context of the undergraduate and graduate History programs at the Federal University of Goiás. By conducting a systematic analysis of sources, including a series of resolutions, course pedagogical projects, and course outlines from various subjects, the goal was to highlight the significant role this disciplinary field has played at the institution. It has served as a vital component in the training of teachers at the undergraduate level and as a space dedicated to the reflection and investigation of historical teaching and learning at the graduate level.

O objetivo do artigo consiste em fornecer uma abordagem da evolução da disciplina Didática da História no contexto do curso de graduação e pós-graduação em História da Universidade Federal de Goiás. Por meio de uma análise sistemática das fontes, representadas por uma série de resoluções, projetos pedagógicos de curso e planos de ensino de várias disciplinas, buscou-se apresentar o destacado papel que esse campo disciplinar tem desempenhado na referida instituição, tanto na formação de professores no curso de graduação, quanto como um espaço dedicado à reflexão e investigação sobre o ensino e aprendizagem histórica, no âmbito da pós-graduação.
