    En la creación de un sistema para el registro de entradas y salidas en instituciones educativas, es importante adoptar un enfoque metodológico, inicializando con un análisis exhaustivo con uso de los requisitos, seguido por la creación de un sistema que incluya una interfaz de usuario y una base de datos eficiente.

    Se da prioridad a funciones esenciales como el registro de movimientos, gestión de horarios, comunicación y herramientas administrativas. La fase de desarrollo se apoya en pruebas detalladas, englobando evaluaciones de seguridad y usabilidad donde se asignan funciones clave y se sigue la metodología ágil para asegurar una implementación exitosa; la adaptabilidad, iteración y el cumplimiento normativo son imperativos. El mantenimiento constante y la elaboración de documentación minuciosa garantizan la sostenibilidad y progresión del sistema.

    El sistema es una estructura con el cumplimiento de normativas y regulaciones aplicables, especialmente en cuanto a privacidad y seguridad de datos, la documentación detallada y el mantenimiento continuo aseguran la sostenibilidad, permitiendo futuras actualizaciones y mejoras.

    En resumen, se adopta un enfoque integral desde el análisis de requisitos hasta el mantenimiento, dando prioridad a la calidad, seguridad y experiencia del usuario. En el desarrollo se sustentan pruebas rigurosas que abarcan desde pruebas unitarias hasta evaluaciones de rendimiento y seguridad, además se definen roles y responsabilidades clave, fomentando la colaboración efectiva y adoptando prácticas ágiles para garantizar la flexibilidad y adaptación continua.

    Finalmente, en el desarrollo del front-end y back-end, se utilizaron herramientas y programas que permiten hacer el proyecto más amigable, entre los principales recursos sobresalen; HTML como lenguaje de marcado de hipertexto, CSS para el diseño del sistema, Flask es un framework en el que nos permite alojar el sistema en un servidor, MySQL como herramienta para la creación y administración de los datos para un modelo relacional, JavaScript brinda una mejor funcionalidad en el contenido dinámico de las páginas web además de utilizar junto con Bootstrap siendo una herramienta para el diseño responsivo de nuestro sistema permitiendo la adaptabilidad en cualquier dispositivo electrónico a utilizar. Existe la implementación de la metodología de investigación I+D+I (Investigación, Desarrollo e Innovación) con el propósito de colaborar en la mejora del proceso de registro en los accesos de entradas y salidas de los usuarios.

    Como resultado el sistema tiene la virtud de contar con una interfaz sutil, además de ofrecer una mejor integración y comprensión en el uso garantizando su seguridad, presentando así, la información necesaria para cada componente beneficiando a la institución, ya que agilizaran las entradas / salidas para los estudiantes, docentes y personal administrativo manteniendo un registro.

    In the creation of a system for the registration of entries and exits in educational institutions, it is important to adopt a methodological approach, starting with a thorough analysis using the requirements, followed by the creation of a system that includes a user interface and an efficient database. Priority is given to essential functions such as movement tracking, schedule management, communication, and administrative tools. The development phase relies on detailed testing, encompassing security and usability evaluations where key functions are assigned and the agile methodology is followed to ensure a successful implementation; adaptability, iteration, and regulatory compliance are imperative. Constant maintenance and the creation of thorough documentation ensure the sustainability and progression of the system. The system is a structure that complies with applicable regulations and standards, especially regarding data privacy and security. Detailed documentation and continuous maintenance ensure sustainability, allowing for future updates and improvements. In summary, a comprehensive approach is adopted from requirements analysis to maintenance, prioritizing quality, security, and user experience. In development, rigorous testing is supported, ranging from unit tests to performance and security evaluations. Additionally, key roles and responsibilities are defined, fostering effective collaboration and adopting agile practices to ensure flexibility and continuous adaptation. Finally, in the development of the front-end and back-end, tools and programs were used that make the project more user-friendly. Among the main resources, the following stand out: HTML as a hypertext markup language, CSS for system design, Flask as a framework that allows us to host the system on a server, MySQL as a tool for creating and managing data for a relational model, JavaScript provides better functionality for dynamic web page content, and together with Bootstrap, it serves as a tool for the responsive design of our system, allowing adaptability on any electronic device to be used. The implementation of the R&D&I (Research, Development, and Innovation) methodology exists with the purpose of collaborating in the improvement of the registration process for user entry and exit access. As a result, the system has the virtue of having a subtle interface, in addition to offering better integration and understanding in its use, ensuring its security, thus presenting the necessary information for each component, benefiting the institution, as it will streamline the entries/exits for students, teachers, and administrative staff while maintaining a record.
