Retos del formador en el acompañamiento a la práctica profesional del futuro docente en el contexto de la NEM

    La Escuela Normal como Institución de Educación Superior debe garantizar en los estudiantes un nivel de dominio significativo en los aprendizajes, propiciar su responsabilidad profesional, y apoyarles en  la comprensión de la realidad educativa donde ejercerán la docencia al concluir su proceso formativo, pero ¿cuáles son los retos que vive el formador en el acompañamiento que brinda a la práctica profesional de futuros docentes en el contexto de la NEM? estos son singulares y le implican además de la planificación de actividades pedagógicas y didácticas para atender una serie de contenidos, la comprensión del Modelo Educativo de la Nueva Escuela Mexicana, así como establecer un acompañamiento pedagógico sistemático, permanente y sostenido bajo un proceso dialógico e intersubjetivo. En este escrito se recuperan algunos de estos retos y la manera en la que pueden incidir en la formación de futuros docentes; se realiza bajo una investigación de corte cualitativo con un enfoque interpretativo que se aborda desde la fenomenología en búsqueda de la comprensión y el acceso al hecho tal y como se vive. El objetivo es identificar, desde la voz de los sujetos involucrados, los retos que se enfrentan en el acompañamiento que se brinda para advertir acciones que fortalezcan su hacer en una relación pedagógica que resalte su papel como tutores en la práctica profesional. Se advierte que estas acciones deben constituirse en espacios de formación que permitan el aprendizaje en el servicio en articulación con los conocimientos adquiridos en los diferentes cursos y en vinculación con la propuesta curricular de Educación Básica. Es de resaltar que la inmersión a la realidad educativa mediante las prácticas profesionales requiere ser orientada, guiada, tutelada por docentes que con experiencia y dominio teórico acompañen a los alumnos, y para este proceso comprender y atender los retos que el formador enfrenta es sustancial.

    The Normal School as an Institution of Higher Education must guarantee students a significant level of mastery in learning, promote their professional responsibility, and support them in understanding the educational reality where they will teach at the end of their training process, but what are the challenges that the trainer experiences in the accompaniment that he provides to the professional practice of future teachers in the context of the NEM? These are unique and involve, in addition to the planning of pedagogical and didactic activities to address a series of contents, the understanding of the Educational Model of the New Mexican School, as well as establishing a systematic, permanent and sustained pedagogical accompaniment under a dialogical and intersubjective process. In this paper some of these challenges are recovered and the way in which they can affect the training of future teachers; it is carried out under a qualitative research with an interpretive approach that is approached from phenomenology in search of understanding and access to the fact as it is lived. The objective is to identify, from the voice of the subjects involved, the challenges they face in the accompaniment that is provided in order to warn of actions that strengthen their work in a pedagogical relationship that highlights their role as tutors in professional practice. It is noted that these actions must constitute training spaces that allow learning in the service in articulation with the knowledge acquired in the different courses and in connection with the Basic Education curricular proposal. It is worth highlighting that immersion in educational reality through professional practices requires being oriented, guided, supervised by teachers who with experience and theoretical mastery accompany the students, and for this process understanding and addressing the challenges that the trainer faces is essential.
