    Desde una perspectiva de ius constitutionale commune, identificada formalmente a partir del reconocimiento de la jurisdicción vinculante de las resoluciones de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos y, materialmente, puesta en marcha a partir de la sentencia dictada por la propia CorteIDH en el caso Rosendo Radilla Pacheco contra México, se hace un recorrido por los conceptos básicos que permiten la instrumentación del control de convencionalidad.

    From an ius constitutionale commune perspective, formally identified from the recognition of the binding jurisdiction of the decisions of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and, materially, launched from the judgment given by CorteIDH itself in the Rosendo Radilla Pacheco v. Mexico case, a tour is made of the basic concepts that allow the implementation of conventionality control.
