Resumen de Políticas públicas educativas LGBTI: un análisis desde una mirada queer paraconocer cómo se construyen y mantienen los espacios seguros en espacios educativos formales y no formales

  El proyecto de investigación doctoral tiene como objetivo realizar una mirada de la sospecha [queer] al marco legislativo educativo actual en organismos como la ONU, Parlamento Europeo, Ministerio de Educación y FormaciónProfesional de España y el Departament d’Educació de Catalunya. Se pretende indagar sobre las diferentes políticas públicas que se están aplicando desde el Departament d’Educació, el Departament de Polítiques públiques LGBTI i el Departament de Feminismes i Igualtat de la Generalitat de Catalunya, el Departament d’Acció social i Educació del Consell Comarcal del Vallès Occidental i el Departament d’Educació i el d’Igualtat i LGBTI de l’Ajuntament de Sabadell a través de la misma mirada. Con esta mirada nos disponemos a conocer las acciones que facilitan la construcción y el mantenimiento de un espacio LGBTI en el ámbito educativo formal obligatorio y no formal. La metodología contempla la utilización de fuentes cualitativas (Literature review, análisis documental, entrevistas yfocus group) además de un proceso participativo con la comunidad socioeducativa a través del Photovoice

  The aim of the doctoral research project is to take a queer perspective on the current educational legislative framework in organisations such as the UN, the European Parliament, the Spanish Ministry of Education andVocational Training and the Catalan Department of Education. The aim is to investigate the different public policies that are being applied by the Department of Education, the Department of LGBTI Public Policies and the Department of Feminism and Equality of the Generalitat de Catalunya, the Department of Social Action and Education of the Regional Council of Vallès Occidental and the Department of Education and the Department of Equality and LGBTI of the City Council of Sabadell through the same perspective. With this approach, we set out to find out about the actions that facilitate the construction and maintenance of an LGBTI safe space in the formal compulsory and non-formal educational sphere. The methodology contemplates the use of qualitative sources (literature review, documentary analysis, interviews and focus groups) as well as a participatory process with the socio-educational community through Photovoice.
