Migrantes e refugiados e os direitos humanos em meio à pandemia mundial da Covid-19: uma revisão integrativa

    This work presents aspects of the reality faced by migrants and refugees through the global pandemic in the year 2020, and the impacts caused to this population in relation to public policies coming from states. The objective is to scrutinize the treatment given to these agents according to the understanding of international human rights treaties. The proposed methodology is descriptive-qualitative, carried out through an integrative literature review. The following databases were used: PubMed, Scopus and Web of Science, which resulted in a total of 26 articles. As final considerations it was observed that many overcrowded shelters do not have access to drinking water and health services, which causes more vulnerability to infections. In this context, the current situation of refugees due to the pandemic situation of coronavirus, COVID-19, is alarming, due to the absence of public policies, and the orders to close the borders of the countries.

    Este trabalho apresenta aspectos da realidade enfrentada pelos migrantes e refugiados mediante à pandemia mundial no ano de 2020, e os impactos causados nesta população frente às políticas públicas advindas dos Estados. O objetivo é perscrutar o tratamento atribuído a esses agentes conforme entendimento dos tratados internacionais de direitos humanos. A metodologia proposta é descritiva-qualitativa, realizada por meio de revisão integrativa de literatura. Foram utilizadas as seguintes bases de dados: PubMed, Scopus e Web of Science, que resultou no total de 26 artigos. Como considerações finais foi observado que muitos abrigos frente à superlotação não têm acesso à água potável e aos serviços de saúde, o que ocasiona mais vulnerabilidade à infecções. Neste contexto, é alarmante a atual situação em que se encontram os refugiados em virtude da situação pandêmica de coronavírus, a COVID-19, frente à ausência de políticas públicas, e aos ordenamentos de fechamento das fronteiras dos países.
