The aim of this thesis is to identify, describe and analyze the variables for the construction of a Conceptual Model of Adaptation job as Gestational Time Evolution Development of working women who are pregnant. This research is design by applying the specific assessment tool to the economically active pregnant women, and to detect the relevant variables for structuring the adaptation model on a trimester working system, setting variables that are transversely relevant, over the entire period of gestation and is defined in a specific quarter. It is propose as a Conceptual Model of Adaptation job as Gestational Time Evolution Development, which considers different stages, considering from identification approach a assessment of specific variables.
