Resumen de El sistema de registro de la carga académica mediante entornos web. Una propuesta tecnológica para la gestión en la Universidad Nacional Experimental Táchira (Venezuela)

This study focuses on three key aspects: work academic load (teaching, researching, extension and administrative work), ICT and academic management at Tachira National Experimental University (Unet). The research proposes the design of a system to register the work academic load through network environments, as a technological proposal for the management at Unet. This was a field research, non-experimental and descriptive. The approach used was mixed (quantitative, qualitative). Among the main conclusions are that the information collected from the work academic load is necessary as an element for administrative and academics processes; there are weaknesses in fulfilling the academic activities in relation with the time and ascription of the personnel. Indicators for evaluating the performance, production and training of the people were not found; for the strategic and organizational management it is important to involve the technological and information characteristics of all academic activities.
