Hotels particularly in developed countries have already implemented green practices. However, in some developing countries many hotels have not implemented them yet. Therefore, it is interesting to analyze what factors lead the hotel industry to implement green practices in developing countries.
The main objective of this research is to analyze the role of managers attitudes towards the environment, perceived organizational environmental support, and employees collaboration in implementing green practices in the Indian hospitality sector. We also examine the mediating role of the intention to implement the green practices. Furthermore, we analyse the consequences of green practices, including economic, environmental, and social performance, along with the guest satisfaction.
