    En la investigación titulada: Factores de los accidentes de tránsito y la gestión en seguridad vial, el objetivo general de la investigación fue Determinar la relación que existe entre los Factores de los accidentes de tránsito y la Gestión en seguridad vial según los trabajadores del Ministerio de transporte y Comunicaciones.

    La presente investigación inserta su metodología dentro del paradigma cuantitativo de tipo básico, con diseño no experimental. La muestra estuvo conformada por 80 trabajadores del Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones. La técnica que se utilizó es la encuesta y los instrumentos de recolección de datos que se utilizaron fueron tres cuestionarios uno para medir el cansancio y somnolencia, infracciones del reglamento y gestión en seguridad vial, estos instrumentos fueron validados por tres expertos, quienes mencionaron la suficiencia de los instrumentos, además las pruebas alfa de Cronbach arrojo buena confiabilidad; 0,79; 0,91 y 0,81, respectivamente.

    En los resultados tenemos el grado de correlación entre las variables determinada por el Rho de Spearman -,910 que significa que existe un alta relación negativa entre las variables., frente al (grado de significación estadística) p < 0,05, por lo que se rechazó la hipótesis nula, afirmando que existe una relación significativa entre los Factores de los accidentes de tránsito y la Gestión en seguridad vial según los trabajadores del Ministerio de transporte y Comunicaciones.

    In the research entitled: Factors of traffic accidents and management in road safety, the general objective of the investigation was to determine the relationship that exists between the Factors of traffic accidents and Management in road safety according to the workers of the Ministry of Transportation and communications. he present research inserts its methodology within the quantitative paradigm of basic type, with non - experimental design. The sample consisted of 80 workers from the Ministry of Transport and Communications. The technique used was the survey and the data collection instruments that were used were three questionnaires one to measure tiredness and sleepiness, infractions of the regulation and management in road safety, these instruments were validated by three experts, who mentioned sufficiency Of the instruments, in addition Cronbach's alpha tests yielded good reliability; 0.79; 0.91 and 0.81, respectively. In the results we have the degree of correlation between the variables determined by the Spearman's Rho -,910 which means that there is a high negative relation between the variables., Compared to (degree of statistical significance) p <0.05, Rejected the null hypothesis, stating that there is a significant relationship between the Factors of traffic accidents and Management in road safety according to the workers of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
