    El objetivo de la Investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre el Financiamiento SIS, Atención de Salud con la Satisfacción del Usuario que presta el Hospital Nacional Cayetano Heredia a los pacientes asegurados al SIS.

    El método utilizado es el hipotético deductivo El tipo de investigación es básica y diseño no experimental de corte transversal de nivel correlacional; la muestra fue probabilística conformada por los 365 afiliados al Seguro Integral de Salud del Hospital Cayetano Heredia, la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta se utilizó tres cuestionarios como instrumentos. Asimismo para el procesamiento de la información se utilizó el Programa Estadístico Correlacional Múltiple SAS. Para luego usarla para la contrastación de hipótesis de alcance correlacional, fue cuantificado mediante el Coeficiente de RHO de Spearman, el cual se selecciona por tratarse de variables cuantitativas ordinales.

    Los resultados estadísticos confirmaron que existe relación significativa entre el Financiamiento SIS, Atención de Salud con la Satisfacción del Usuario que presta el Hospital Nacional Cayetano Heredia según la percepción de los pacientes asegurados al Seguro Integral de Salud. Cuyas conclusiones se comprobaron que el Financiamiento y la Atención de Salud se relacionan moderada (0.672338) y significativa con un nivel de significación de 0.05 y confianza del 95% con la Satisfacción del Usuario que presta el Hospital a los afiliados al SIS.

    The objective of the Investigation was to determine the relationship between the SIS Financing, Health Care with the Satisfaction of the User provided by the National Hospital Cayetano Heredia to the patients insured to the SIS. The method to be used hypothetical deductive The type of research is basic and non-experimental cross-sectional design of correlational level; The sample was probabilistic conformed by the 365 affiliated to the Comprehensive Health Insurance of the Hospital Cayetano Heredia, the technique used was the survey was used three questionnaires as instruments. Also for the processing of the information was used the Statistical Program Multiple Correlational SAS. To then use it for testing correlational hypotheses, it was quantified using Spearman's RHO Coefficient, which is selected because these are ordinal qualitative variables. The statistical results confirmed that there is a significant relationship between the SIS Financing, Health Care with the Satisfaction of the User provided by the National Hospital Cayetano Heredia according to the insured patients' perception of Comprehensive Health Insurance. The conclusions were that the Financing and Health Care are related moderate (0.672338) and significant with a level of significance of 0.05 and 95% confidence with the User Satisfaction provided by the Hospital to SIS affiliates.
