    La presente investigación está enfocada a establecer la relación que puede tener los factores de la planificación en la educación y competencias en las instituciones focalizadas en la UGEL-Ventanilla en la mejora de la Educación de nuestro país, considerado a la Educación como la base del desarrollo económico y sociopolítico de la sociedad peruana.

    Se ha definido el Problema general con la interrogante ¿Qué relación existe entre los factores de la planificación en la educación y competencias? A su vez se ha definido a determinar la relación que existe entre los factores de la planificación en la educación y competencias como el objetivo general. Para esta investigación se ha definido a la hipótesis general como que existe una relación significativa entre planificación estratégica y competencia.

    Se ha utilizado una Metodología el diseño que se aplicará a la presente investigación es un diseño no experimental, de tipo correlacional. Dentro del diseño no experimental, nuestra investigación es transversal correlacional debido a que se describirá la relación entre variables en un momento determinado. La Población de estudio o universo es el conjunto de todos los casos que concuerdan con una serie de especificaciones. La población de la investigación conformada por 192 trabajadores de las Instituciones Focalizadas por el Ministerio de Educación UGEL Ventanilla. El tipo de muestra es probabilística está formada por 128 trabajadores

    The present research is focused on establishing the relationship that can have the factors of planning in education and competencies in the institutions focused on the UGEL-Ventanilla in the improvement of Education in our country, considered to Education as the basis of development Economic and socio-political aspects of the Peruvian Society. The general problem with the question has been defined. What is the relationship between the Factors of planning in education and competences? At the same time it has been defined to determine the relationship that exists between the Factors of the planning in the education and competences like the General Objective. For this research the general hypothesis has been defined as that there is a significant relationship between strategic planning and competition. A methodology has been used and the design that will be applied to the present research is a non-experimental, correlational design. Within the nonexperimental design, our research is cross-correlational because the relationship between the variables at a given time will be described. The population of study or universe is the set of all the cases that agree with a series of specifications. The population of the investigation consists of 192 workers of the Institutions Focused by the Ministry of Education UGEL Ventanilla. The type of sample is probabilistic consists of 128 workers
