Gestión administrativa y función policial en la seguridad ciudadana, Lima Metropolitana 2020

    El presente estudio consideró como objetivo determinar la influencia de la gestión administrativa y la función policial en la seguridad ciudadana, Lima Metropolitana 2020, el método que se usó fue el hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, estudio descriptivo, correlacional causal, diseño no experimental, la población fueron 120 policías, y la muestra correspondió a 92, para el acopio de la información se utilizó el cuestionario para las tres variables. Los instrumentos para ser aplicados pasaron por el juicio de expertos y se realizó la confiabilidad con Alfa de Cronbach siendo la confiabilidad para la gestión administrativa 0,949, función policial 0,963 y la seguridad ciudadana 0,941. Los resultados fueron los siguientes: Gestión administrativa nivel regular 56,5%, función policial nivel deficiente en un 59,8% y seguridad ciudadana nivel malo en 55,4% y en las dimensiones de la seguridad:

    credibilidad ciudadana, nivel regular 47,8%, relación de la policía con la familia nivel malo 48,9%; delitos y amenazas comunes, nivel regular 58,7%, instituciones que brindan seguridad nivel regular 59,8%. Se concluye que la gestión administrativa y la función policial influyen entre el 61,6% y 77% en la seguridad ciudadana de acuerdo a la regresión logística.

    The present study considered the objective of determining the influence of administrative management and the police function in the Security of Metropolitan Lima, the method used was the hypothetical deductive, quantitative approach, descriptive study, causal correlation, non experimental design, the population was 120 police officers, and the sample corresponded to 92, for the collection of information the questionnaire for the three variables was used. The instruments to be applied underwent the judgment of experts and the reliability was performed with Cronbach’s Alpha, being the reliability for administrative management 0.949, police function 0.963 and citizen security 0.941. The results were the following:

    Administrative management at regular level 56.5%, police function at a poor level in 59.8% and citizen security at a bad level in 55.4% and in the security dimensions:

    citizen credibility, regular level 47,8%, relationship of the police with the family bad level 48.9%; common crimes and threats, regular level 58.7%, institutions that provide security regular level 59.8%. It is concluded that administrative management and the police function influence between 61,6% and 77% in citizen security according to the logistic regression.
