Resumen de Factores de la Gestión Pedagógica y Administrativa que Inciden en los Resultados de las Pruebas Saber 11 (Período 2018 Al 2020)

La presente investigación titulada FACTORES DE LA GESTIÓN PEDAGÓGICA Y ADMINISTRATIVA QUE INCIDEN EN LOS RESULTADOS DE LAS PRUEBAS SABER 11 (PERÍODO 2018 al 2020) busca identificar los factores asociados al logro en las instituciones educativas oficiales de Bogotá que han sido preponderantes a la hora de lograr buenos resultados en las pruebas SABER 11. De esta intención, surge la pregunta, ¿cómo los directivos docentes (rectores y coordinadores), trabajan en equipo para lograr mantener la categoría ICFES, durante un lustro, en las pruebas SABER 11 de la institución educativa? El tema central de la investigación tiene gran relevancia a nivel nacional, puesto que identifica y describe las prácticas que han desarrollado los directivos docentes al interior de las instituciones educativas para estimular los buenos resultados en las pruebas SABER 11o. La metodología de la investigación parte del paradigma Mixto con una visión desde los datos de las pruebas ICFES SABER 11 desde lo cuantitativo y desde lo cualitativo con relación a las percepciones relacionadas con las tareas del rector y coordinador que están asociadas a sus funciones pedagógicas y administrativas.
Como aporte de la investigadora, se pretende proponer un informe para los Colegios de Bogotá, resaltando los factores pedagógicos y administrativos que inciden de manera significativa en los buenos resultados de las pruebas ICFES SABER 11o.

The present research, FACTORS OF PEDAGOGICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT IMPLIED IN THE RESULTS OF SABER 11 TESTS (2018 - 2020), seeks to identify the associated factors of success in the official educational institutions of Bogotá, that have been preponderant in accomplishing good results in SABER 11th tests. From this aim, the question arises: how do the teaching directors (principals and coordinators), work as a team to maintain the ICFES category, for five years, in educational institutions ́ SABER 11 tests? The central topic of this research is highly relevant at the national level since it identifies and describes the practices that teaching directors had developed within educational institutions, to stimulate good results in the SABER 11th tests. The research methodologies are grounded on the Mixed paradigm with a vision from the data about the ICFES SABER 11 test, from quantitative and qualitative perspectives, concerning the perceptions related to the tasks of the rector and coordinator that are associated with their pedagogical and administrative functions.
As a contribution of the researcher, it proposes a report for Bogota’s schools, highlighting the pedagogical and administrative factors that significantly affect the outstanding results of the ICFES SABER 11 tests.
