  • Resumen
    • The thesis aims to investigate the influence of compassion in the workplace, addressing three key challenges. First, it examines whether compassion is a valuable job resource, concluding that it is linked to employee well-being and acts as a mediator between job social resources and well-being. Second, it explores whether compassion has positive effects on both groups and individuals, enhancing engagement and reducing burnout. Third, it examines the effectiveness of compassion-based interventions in the workplace, highlighting the need to evaluate the process and the training transfer in these interventions. In summary, the thesis supports the idea that compassion positively affects mental health, well-being, and job performance, providing strong evidence of its impact on various variables related to well-being.
