    Realizar el diagnostico de valoración de la empresa CONSTRUCTORA PREING SAS aplicando la metodología flujo de caja descontados con la información financiera de los años 2015 a 2017 con el propósito de definir el valor económico y financiero de la organización y permitir a la gerencia tomar decisiones tomar decisiones.

    • Realizar el diagnostico financiero de la empresa CONSTRUCTORA PREING SAS con la información de los periodos 2015 al 2017 para el proceso de valoración financiera.

    • Proyectar el flujo de caja de la empresa a 5 años • Calcular el costo promedio ponderado de capital, con el fin de determinar la tasa mínima exigida.

    This research is done to the company CONSTRUCTORA PREING SAS because there is a need to know the company financially and evaluate performance over the past 3 years, to show some results that allow to know the "price" and observe the problems that have affected the organization in recent years, so that senior management can design strategies for the sustainable future of the company.

    The idea with these results is to contribute to the design of new financial objectives and project indicators for the coming years in order to improve the value of the company or investment decision making, or financial leverage and likewise apply the knowledge acquired in the specialization of finance.

    The valuation diagnosis of CONSTRUCTORA PREING SAS was made applying the discounted cash flow methodology with financial information from 2015 to 2017 in order to define the economic and financial value of the organization and allow management to make decisions.
