Resumen de Actitudes de los internos del centro de rehabilitación Manuel Rodríguez y CET (Santiago/Chile) hacia el trabajo penitenciario en talleres socio-laborales

La presente investigación sobre “Actitudes de los internos del Centro de Rehabilitación Manuel Rodríguez y CET (Santiago de Chile) hacia el trabajo penitencario en talleres socio-laborales” abordo el desarrollo actitudinal, la rehabilitación personal, la reinserción socio-laboral, la estructura panóptica de la Institución Penitenciaria, la aplicación de la política pública que, contempla planes y programa en torno al Derecho al Trabajo y la restitución gradual del Principio de Libertad a los reclusos que, cumplen condenas, debido a la exploración del compromiso delictual y criminal que, opera como foco de violencia física, psicológica, social, económica, estructural, material, simbólica, de género y cultural en relaciones cotidianas, tanto a nivel inter-personal como interinstitucional. En consecuencia, se realizo un ajuste entre el enfoque epistemológico (Funcional y Constructivista) y metodológico (Cuantitativo, descriptivo y exploratorio) con respecto al abordaje de las actitudes de los reclusos a través de los Talleres Socio-laborales. Por lo tanto, se infiere que la intervención socio-educativa levanto datos y cocepciones sobre el nivel de resistencia –Codigo del recluso- a modo de mecanismos de defesansa de lo inconsciente. Pues, el “Código de Derecho Penitenciario” da cuenta de un vacio legal en el plano constitucional y supra-constitucional. Debido a que la actual carta Magna de la República de Chile del Estado-Nación unitario, sí bien, sostiene y sustenta principios de carácter inalienables como el trabajo y la libertad a su vez delega lo irrrestrictame público. Es decir, se concesiona el sistema carcelario que, vigila, sanciona, castiga, rehabilita y reinserta a los privados de libertad. En síntesis, la investigación reparo en el cuerpo de conocimiento (Epitemología) e intrumento de recolección de información actitudinal (Escala Likert) con el propósito de contribuir desde un enfoque Funcional y Constructivista –haciendo alusión a elementos de teoría crítica post-estructuralista debido a que se establece un prospectiva analítica de coconstrucción de todo lo concerniente al sistema panóptico de la Institución Penitenciaria con alcance global en Chile. No obstante, se trato de superar aquellos juicios de valor y sesgos cognoscitivos en torno al proceso de rehabilitación personal y reinserción sociolaboral circunscrito en cada intervención socio-educativa.

The present investigation on "Attitudes of the inmates of the Manuel Rodríguez Rehabilitation Center and CET (Santiago, Chile) towards prison work in socio-labor workshops" addressed attitudinal change, personal rehabilitation, social reintegration, the panoptic structure of the Penitentiary Institution, the application of the public policy that contemplates plans and programs around the Right to Work and the gradual restitution of the Principle of Freedom to the inmates who are serving sentences, due to the exploration of the criminal and criminal commitment that, It operates as a focus of physical, psychological, social, economic, structural, material, symbolic, gender and cultural violence in daily relationships, both at the inter-personal and inter-institutional levels. Consequently, an adjustment was made between the epistemological approach (Functional and Constructivist) and the methodological approach (Quantitative, descriptive and exploratory) with respect to the approach to the attitudinal change of the inmates through the Socio-labor Workshops. Therefore, it is inferred that the socio-educational intervention raised data and conceptions about the level of resistance -Code of the inmateas defense mechanisms of the unconscious. Well, the "Code of Penitentiary Law" accounts for a legal vacuum at the constitutional and supra-constitutional level. Because the current Magna Carta of the Republic of Chile of the unitary Nation-State, yes, upholds and sustains undeniable principles such as work and freedom, in turn delegates the unrestricted public. That is to say, the prison system that monitors, sanctions, punishes, rehabilitates and reintegrates those deprived of liberty is concessioned. In summary, the research focused on the body of knowledge (Epitemology) and the instrument for collecting attitudinal information (Likert Scale) with the purpose of contributing from a Functional and Constructivist approach – alluding to elements of poststructuralist due to the fact that an analytical prospective of construction of everything related to the panoptic system of the Penitentiary Institution with global reach in Chile is established. However, an attempt was made to overcome those value judgments and cognitive biases around the process of personal rehabilitation and social reintegration circumscribed in each educational intervention.
